Maryland Question 3 is about amending the state constitution. It's about how congressional districts are drawn. Voters can vote yes or no. A supportive vote supports the amendment. A rejection vote rejects it. The result could alter Maryland's representation in Congress. WUSA9 and WBAL-TV have covered the topic. They say a yes vote means the drawing of districts could change. A no vote maintains the existing system.
